Refund Policy

If you’re not happy with Almirath, email support@almirathgame.com within 14 days of purchase from the address you used at checkout, with your order number, and we’ll refund you in full.

Write to us first — most problems can be fixed. If the game doesn’t run on a computer that meets the minimum requirements and we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you even after the 14 days, up to 30 days after purchase.

Later refunds are at our discretion.

Refunds are issued through Polar, our reseller, to your original payment method. How soon the money arrives depends on your bank, usually 5–10 business days.

Your licence ends: please delete the game. Download access is removed, and a Steam key issued for that order may be revoked.

We may decline refunds when we see abuse, such as repeatedly buying and refunding the game.

By law, your 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase ends once the download begins with your consent. Our 14-day refund above applies regardless, and your statutory rights for faulty digital content are not affected.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank — we can usually sort it out faster.
